I began writing the music for this song and in the process My Twin Brother Carlos wanted me to write a song about him. The song references the "bump" on the top of my head which doctors tried to remove just after i was born, but surgeons quickly realized this "bump" was attached to my brain-stem. This song also references Carlos and I doing what Carlos likes to do best, which is play catch at the baseball field. I also mention "pushing himself up that hill." This refers to Carlos pushing himself up hills in his wheelchair; Carlos is a very strong individual; he once told me that he would one day be a gorilla.
