"Funk"/but this is blues? I know children have this power to absorb their surroundings like a sponge, and when practicing and rehearsing around Alex Pisarczyck's children I never wanted to say or do anything that might be considered negative or harmful for the children. I carefully chose ever word I uttered around these kids and with that I came up with these lyrics.
In this song I used my room-mates Fender Deluxe amplifier with Gibson's Les Paul Studio to record the guitars, and a single pick up Dean four string bass guitar (plugged directly into MR-8HD). The drums were recorded with a single AKG 2000B condenser microphone.
